In recent weeks, supporters have witnessed a number of changes in the boardroom at West Ham United FC and its associated companies.
And in order to ensure you keep abreast of who's who and who's where, we thought we'd take a swoop over to Companies House to check out the current list of officers associated with each organisation.The full and comprehensive list of current board members of West Ham United FC Ltd, WH Holding Ltd (the football club's holding company) and West Ham United Women FC Ltd are as follows.

The most notable resignations in the last 12 months include those of former co-chair David Sullivan (terminated June 2026), Nathan Thompson (April 2026), former CEO Karren Rita Brady (April 2026) and Tara Warren (December 2025).
The latter has since commenced employment as a non-executive director of the Independent Football Regulator, having been appointed in February of this year.
